Inspired by the designer's interpretation of the solar system, each weight takes a team of 2-3 artists to create. These carefully formed designs use a wide spectrum of specialty colors, dichroic glass, glow material, and precious metals. 

The Andromeda Galaxy is a spiral galaxy approximately 2.5 million light-years from Earth. It is the nearest major galaxy to the Milky Way, but not the nearest galaxy overall. It gets its name from the area of the sky in which it appears, the constellation of Andromeda, which was named after the mythological princess of the same name.
