Recycled materials have been the inspiration of my art since the mid-1980's when I began working in the University of Kansas  Spencer Art & Architecture Library. I discovered a vast resource of discarded dustcovers which my imagination guided me to repurpose as upcycled jewelry and home decor items.

My eco-art portfolio includes crocheted wearable art clothing, paper bead jewelry, origami clocks, and ultimately my Glowblocks, limited production (12,000 sold and counting) glass block accent lamps featuring original artwork and recycled library dustcovers.
